: Correspondence of Dr. & Mrs. McIver 1892; Letters and postcards exchanged between Dr. Charles D. McIver and Mrs Lula Martin McIver in 1892. Dr. McIver writes of the Teacher Institutes, colleagues, illnesses, missing home, and asking advice about speeches and educational positions. Mrs McIver writes mostly about their children, relatives and missing her husband. Topics include the Teacher Institute, Miss Mildred Cameron, Mr. Paul Cameron, Edwin Alderman, Dr. Forney, Josephus Daniels of The State Chronicle, and advice about a speech on 'Industrial Education of Women' to the University of Georgia at Atlanta.
