Eunice Rountree (1910-2008) served in the United States Navy WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service), from approximately 1942 to 1945. Eunice Rountree graduated from the North Carolina College for Women (now the University of North Carolina at Greensboro) in 1932. She served in the WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service) during World War II, probably from 1942 to 1945.
