The scrapbook contains interdepartmental memoranda, hand drawings and notes, material relating to the tenth anniversary of the School of Nursing, and a tribute to Eloise Lewis, dean of the School of Nursing. The scrapbook also includes annotated photographs of the construction of the School of Nursing Building (now the Margaret Moore Building) "M.M." Day festivities, faculty conferences and workshops, Sigma Theta Tau activities, graduation, Dean Eloise Lewis and other faculty members, Community Day, and the Reaccreditation Celebration, with interiors of the Alumni House.

The scrapbook contains numerous photographs that document recreation-related buildings and other campus areas. Photographs depict the Coleman Gymnasium exterior, the Coleman Memorial Room, and the Coleman Gymnasium interiors such as the bowling alley, the golf room, and the dance studio. Other images show Rosenthal Gymnasium exteriors and interiors, including the auxillary gymnasium, recreational sports room, and the Olympic-sized pool. Outdoor photographs show the tennis courts, the archery range, the golf course, and the athletic field.

The scrapbook contains numerous physical education-related documents, including Recreation Association Handbooks from 1962-1963 and 1964-1965, "Instructions to Scorers and Timers," a gymnastics bibliography, "Soccer drills and head-ups" instructions, "The Major's Voice" and "Noel" newsletters, and brochures for "The Physical Theraphy Summer Practicum" and "The Army Physical Therapy Course." Also included are thank-you notes, a Senior Forum invitation and program from 1964, and lyrics to the "Camp Song" and the "Welcoming Party Song."

Scrapbook contents include a play script and staging diagram for acts I and II. The play script is annotated with handwritten notes.
- This scrapbook, created by residents of Shaw Hall, contains materials relating to the 1948-1949 and 1950-191 school years at Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro). Two scrapbooks are combined as one. Items from the 1948-1949 scrapbook include a list of hall officers and student leaders, a newspaper clipping regarding "Shaw Show," lyrics to the Shaw song, and an autograph page. Photographs include Shaw Hall counselor Ann Laura Bodie, the "Shaw Show" with minstrel show theme, and housekeepers. The 1950-1951 scrapbook contains a list of hall officers and photographs of Shaw Hall Counselor Marjorie Toule, student residents, a faculty tea held at Shaw Hall, and Noala the housekeeper. Drawings and watercolor paintings decorate the pages.

Scrapbook contents include a list of residence hall officers and campus leaders from Shaw, Alumnae News covers with notations of Shaw residents, programs from the Senior Show, the Senior class banquet, a Civic Music Association production, and a Dolphin-Seal event; and Hallball program "Gertie's Gridiron Greats vs. The Phantoms," with a notation that Hallball was originated by Miss Ellen Griffin of the Woman's College Department of Physical Education. Numerous newspaper articles are included relating to Founders Day, social events, Eleanor Roosevelt's visit, the arrival of international students, a Japanese student who survived World War II air attacks, performances, wedding announcements, a Hallball game, cartoons, May Day, and campus leaders from Shaw. Photographs depict Counselor Miss Marjorie Toole, housekeepers Nolia and Victoria, student residents, campus views, and the senior-sophomore party. Pages of the scrapbook are decorated with drawings, paintings, and cut outs.

Photographs document events, groups, and individual students, including Bettye Tillman, one of the early African American students. This scrapbook is dedicated to Celeste Ulrich.

The scrapbook also includes photographs, which depict events, groups, and individuals, with captions.
