- A collection of 5 blue prints, 18 drawings, and 1 sepia print created by Warren Henry Manning from 1902-1920. Warren Henry Manning (1860-1938) was a landscape designer, landscape architect, and regional planner from Reading Massachusetts. From 1901 to 1921, Manning corresponded and consulted with Presidents Charles D. McIver and Julius I. Foust about the landscape plans for the campus. He was named the official landscape architect of the college in 1909.
- The Office of Multicultural Affairs contributes to the University's academic mission in providing student-centered programs that promote awareness of and respect for cultural diversity and offer opportunities to provoke thought and expand cross-cultural and inter-cultural knowledge. The Office changed its name in 2015 to Office of Intercultural Engagement to better reflect the office as a collaborative, inclusive, and engaged department. This record group consists of annual reports (1982-1983 and 1988-1990), newsletters (1979-2005), and an archive of the department's website (2015).
- The Recreation Association was a student organization created at the Woman's College (now UNC Greensboro) in 1941 to oversee athletic completion and recreational activities on campus. This collection consists of correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and other records documenting campus intermural sports and recreational activities between 1925 and 1977.
- The Music Department was created at State Normal (now UNC Greensboro) in 1893. In 1921 the Music Department became the School of Music. While this collection contains programs and recordings of student music performances, only the programs are available online due to copyright issues. Recordings can be accessed onsite at the Martha Blakeney Hodges Special Collections and University Archives at UNC Greensboro.
- The War Service League was created at the Woman's College (now UNC Greensboro) in 1942 to provide assistance during the U.S.'s involvement in World War II. After the end of WWII, the organization continued as the Service League, focusing on coordinating fundraising efforts for community organizations and organizing a semi-annual blood drive. This collection contains records documenting the organization's work.
- The Student Government Association was created at State Normal (now UNC Greensboro) in 1914 and approved by the Board of Directors in 1915. This collection contains meeting minutes, correspondence, newsletters, reports, and other records documenting the work of the Student Government Association and its component groups.
