Sebastian Wolfrum is a German-born brewer, distiller, and maltster who currently serves as a lecturer at North Carolina State University's Food, Bioprocessing, and Nutritional Sciences program. He is also the owner of Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham. In this interview, Sebastian discusses the training education program he participated in at Ayinger Brewing in Germany, his first job in North Carolina as a brewer at Natty Greene's in Greensboro, the creation of the North Carolina Craft Brewers Guild, the development and growth of Epiphany Craft Malt, and NC State's new brewing sciences minor.
