Ms. Kathryn Crowe was born in 1953 in Washington, D.C. She received her BA in History from Randolph-Macon College, her MA in History from the University of Georgia, and her MLS from Indiana University. She has written articles and given presentations internationally and nationally on information literacy, public services, library assessment, and leadership. Ms. Crowe currently holds the position as Associate Dean for Public Services, but has been with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro since 1983.
