Oral history interview with Marie M. Mason
Marie M. Mason speaks of her early life, education, military service, and life after her service. Mason discusses her time at a station hospital in Italy, interactions with German prisoners of war, her nursing education before her service and her sociology and psychology education and career after her service. Mason also mentions incidents such as almost being hit by shrapnel during an air raid, seeing the Pope in Rome, and her younger brother's experiences serving in the Army Air Corps at the same time.
