Stipulations include the appointment of J. Goldstein, Etta Spier, Herman Cone, Flora O. Stern, and Sidney J. Stern to the Ways and Means Committee.
- Letter from Temple President Sidney J. Stern to Rabbi Mosses Baroway acknowledging that Stern received the Rabbi's October 22nd letter and thanking him for his interest in the Temple's Rabbi position. In the letter Stern mentions he also received a letter from Rabbi Samuel M. Cohen and that he forwarded both letters to Etta Spier.
- Letter from Temple President Sidney J. Stern to Etta Spier forwarding letters from Rabbi Moses Barroway and Samuel M. Cohen. The letter discusses the Temple's search for a new rabbi. Stern mentions that he met Rabbi Barroway in Baltimore and that the Temple "preferred to call a Rabbi from some community who wouldn't want to give him up."
- Letter from the Chairman of the Cemetery Committee to Leah Schapiro requesting a donation to help keep the cemetery in good condition because her husband, Joe Schapiro, is buried there. The letter includes a list of deceased persons as well as loved ones the Cemetery Committee is contacting to ask for donations.
