This folder contains documents pertaining to Guilford College faculty between 1917 and 1934. Included are lists of faculty and their salaries, a diagram outlining faculty hierarchy, a list of all faculty employed since 1888, documents planning the balance of faculty and courses, and copious ammounts of near illegible notes outlining Raymond Binford's own designs regarding faculty. Correspondence in this folder tends to be about the running of the college. Also included is "The Friendly News Letter," Vol. 1 No. 3.
Guilford College - Presidential Correspondence 1918 - 1931
This folder contains extensive correspondence in regards to the running and activities of Guilford College between 1918 and 1931. Includes suggestions, appeals for information, planning for meetings, and information on a study of the league of nations. Of note are a few letters between Raymond Binford and Clyde Milner in which the former offers the latter a job. In addition there are a few journal articles; one is titled, "Research in College," and the other "Research in College and Professional Schools."
