The contents of this folder pertain to Guilford College's curriculum from 1927 to 1934. Includes literature on constructing college curriculum with such titles as "Some Policies for a Small College,""Unifying the Curriculum," and "Measuring the Results of College Instruction." Also includes a list of courses from Rollins College. Documents include:"The Experimental College of the University of Women,""Comments on the Principles of Reshaping College Curriculum,""Availability of Certain Thought-Provoking Books on Collegiate Education,""Admission Requirements of North Carolina College," and "Curricular Requirements for the Bachelor of Arts Degree." Some of these booklets, pamphlets, articles, and reports are catalogued alone, but some are attached to corredpondence, as most of the letters are regarding the running of colleges and may enclose documents that the writer deems relevant. Lastly, there are several personal notes by Raymond Binford, as well as some newspaper clippings about Guilford Curriculum.

This folder contians materical relating to the planning and creation of the Walter Woodward Memorial. Includes correspondence planning the memorial, a biography, and a fund in his name. The details of the fund, which would grant people money to write about history, are on a brochure. Also there are some rough hand-written accounts of Walter Woodward's life, as well as a booklet on his life titled "Walter C. Woodward, Editor and Friend."

Miscellaneous materials and documents pertaining to the PTA and their ideas for activities and games for children. Included are several rhymes and song lyrics, a proposal for a play production called "A Garden Bequeathed," a speech or monologue titled "Ma Dusenberry and Her Girls," plans for games, and several crafts such as a paper crane and a card in the shape of a turkey.
