The decennial [1902]
This yearbook commemorates the tenth anniversary of the college. It includes accounts of the subsequent activities of each graduating class, a brief description of the faithful servant Zeke, a description of Greensboro, and a description of the different departments on campus. There are also class histories as well as a brief description of Peabody Park.
The Carolinian [1909]
The 1910 yearbook is the first under the name of The Carolinian. It includes class histories, a social events section, a brief description of Tree Day, and some short stories. There is also a senior statistics section which gives a description of the senior students.

The 1910 yearbook includes a class history, short stories, poetry, jokes, and a description of Tree Day. The name of the seniors are also in their own handwriting.
The Carolinian [1911]
The 1911 yearbook includes handwritten notes updating students' lives. There is also a class history, a list of admission requirements, and a section on the daily needs of the seniors.
The Carolinian [1913]
The 1913 yearbook commemorates the tenth anniversary of the college. It includes a section on the servants employed there, drawings of the campus grounds and descriptions of how it has changed since the institution opened. There are photos of all the classes since the college opened. There is also a brief mention the fire that happened on campus in 1904.

The yearbook of the institution now known as The University of North Carolina at Greensboro was published between 1902 and 1993, first as The Decennial (1902), later as The Carolinian (1909-1917), and finally as Pine Needles (1920-1993).
The Carolinian [1915]
The 1915 yearbook includes a class history and describes the beginning of self government at the college. Handwritten notes are also displayed beside the photographs of the seniors which may have been added at a reunion in 1956.

The 1917 yearbook commemorates the twenty-fifth anniversary of the college. It includes a short history of the college and how it developed, a list of entrance requirements, some poetry, discussion of the O'Henry Loving Cup, and "A little nonsense now and then" section. It also describes a 51st birthday party held for Julius Foust.
Pine needles [1920]
The 1920 yearbook is the first under the name Pine Needles. It includes senior class statistics, 1920 class history, and a section for the special class, who attend only one year. Also includes a section titled "War Time Features," summarizing students' contributions toward the war effort. The 1921 yearbook includes a history of the Alumnae and Former Students' Association and includes class histories that give an in depth look at campus activities during this time period. It also includes a "hymn" book section with pictures of men chosen by students and allowed on campus for special events. There are also poems, jokes, and short stories.

The 1922 yearbook includes a brief history of the college. Class histories give a brief glimpse into events of the time, including a brief mention of the influenza epidemic. The yearbook includes a page from the March 11, 1922, issue of the student newspaper, The Carolinian. Poems, short stories, jokes, and autographs are also included.

The 1923 yearbook includes poems, jokes, short stories, and talks about campus events, including the Park Night Pageant.

For the senior class in 1926, there is a message from the alumnae secretary, senior prescriptions, a chronicle of 1926, and a 5-page class prophecy. Images include 8 full-page, colorized photographs of campus, and full-page portraits to accompany each superlative awarded. Other sections commemorate societies, dramatics, and athletics, including "wearers of the N.C.C." cheerleaders. The 1927 yearbook includes poems, autographs, handwritten notes beside class photos that were added at the 25th reunion in 1952 or the 35th reunion in 1962.

The theme of the 1930 yearbook is "Good Morning, America" by Carl Sandburg. Includes a senior class history and last will and testament. Other features include a 2-page photo college of a Leaders' Camp in Blowing Rock, attended by students and administrators, full page portraits for superlative titles, and photo commemoration of a ceremonious "wedding" between the freshman and junior class. The 1932 yearbook is dedicated to The Immigrant, with each chapter highlighting a different group of North Carolina settlers (Scotch-Irish, Germans, Highland Scots, English, French Huguenots). Senior class remarks include prophecy, last will and testament, and "Adventures of 1932 at N.C.C." A feature titled "We" includes photo collages of various student scenes around campus.
