White Labs was co-established in 1999 by Chris and Lisa White. In 2017, White Labs expanded to their new east coast location in Asheville, North Carolina. Ms. Jo Doyle is the Education and Engagement Center Curator at White Labs in Asheville, North Carolina. She leads internal education programs, assists with the coordination, planning, and facilitation of workshops and events, and leads the production facility tour program. Ms. Doyle is also an adjunct instructor at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, holds a Cicerone certification, and is a certified judge in the Beer Judge Certification Program.
